Figured it was time to start a new one as I am trying to start a new life too.

If you're on my friends list I probably friended you on that one, just because I don't know who still reads this anyways, and I also haven't really kept track of who is who as far as user names.

Yay Merry Christmas and such!

I got a lot, lot, lot of giftcards/money and also:

-A slightly attractive black sweater, which is actually suprising because my fashoined-challengd aunt who has bought me several tragic outfits got it for me

I need two contrasting monologues for college theatre audtions.
Suggestions? (please!!!)

I'm not trying to major in theatre, just some of the smaller schools have theatre scholarship money even if you're not a major as long as you participate in theatre.

I should also probably start writing my oratory speech for forensics team auditions.
I've tried on several occasions but cannot commit to a topic.

In other news,
I'm officially single! Not that I really considered myself taken, it's just that now it's official.

I got into Loyola!!! (the Chicago one)
And I got a random $9,000 dollar scholarship (36,000 for four years) which basically covers room and a little bit of board cost, damn.
I just hope I get a really amazing grant or something cause I really, really, really would love to go to college in Chicago.

Oh and also in at Western and Grand Valley, but not thats not as cool as the Loyola thing.

So I think I just have to hear from De Paul and Hope.

I am frusterated with my life.
Because:
1) AP Bio is a bitch and then you die.
2) Same goes for Honors Pre-Calc.
3) I would love more than anything to apply to Wellesley but theres really no point seeing I've only taken three years of math and they require four
4) My dog died
5) My stomach hurts
6) I have a headache because I'm trying to cut back on caffiene (ie was consuming like 1000 mg per day and thats bad) and am experiencing major withdrawl
7)Ed and I never broke up before he went to college. But he hasn't called me since September. I almost am feeling like we are supposed to be seeing other people but I just missed the memo.
8) My OI piece blows and I don't know how to fix it

She sits, perched on the musty blue couch,
that fills a small space in her living room apartment.
Opens an album,
Blows aside the layers of dust,
recording the years gone by.
Gazes at a page,
And then another.

At first glace,
A young girl,
Baby fat still occupying,

She is transported back to a time,
A time in her life,
When happiness was measured out in inches.
Beauty weighed out,
Ten times a day.

She would stand for hours at the mirror,
Staring intently at her reflection,

Frusterated by the image berfore her,

Her friends began to worry,
the more they prodded her,
the harder she pushed them away.
Lonliness became a trend,
While they went out for the night,
She stayed in,
Too scared to risk everything she had worked for.

She wasted away her days,
Sleeping nights in endless hunger,
Dreaming of all the forbidden elements of her life.
Visions of pizza, not suger plum fairies,
danced before her eyes.
She ate everything before her,
gorging until every last grumb had been greedily licked.
She woke in frantic tears,
running her anxious hands over her still concave abdomen.
Relief flooding as she realized it was just a dream.
It was only a dream.

She would rise in the morning,
Calculate carefully,
Plan her day according to what she would consume.
Often trudging into school late.
Because nothing ever looked right,
or because she had fallen asleep in the shower.

Everywhere she went she saw them stare,
yet she was unable to see what they did.
Tehy told her she was out of control,
She needed help.
But the voice in her head would not subside.
"They're just jealous,
They could never understand."

And I don't have an ending.

Oh and yes I do know its a terribly cliche piece.

And no I don't know how to fix it.

I got an 88% on my AP Bio test! That makes me smile cause I thought I failed.

I went to tiki bob's and tonic last night.

My shirt, rather black piece of cloth I was wearing broke when I was dancing with this one really crazy guy who kept lifting me up.

But it was all good cause it didn't make much of a difference, my boobs were totally hanging out either way.

Not the game, thats okay.

Assembly sucks because I have to cheer, but I get through it.

I want to go because it's my senior year.
But I don't really feel like going single.
And the whole date thing just gets messy because even when I take a guy as "just a friend" he ends up hitting on me and I get annoyed.

You know what I also hate?

I finished my first college application for Loyola (the chicago one)!!!!!

YAY!!! YAY!!! YAY!!!

Pretty short-lived though considering all the other shit I need to do...

Hope, Lake Forest and Wellesley are all done I just need essays.

"Just" is probably not the best word to stick in there.

And then I still need to choose from Oakland U, MSU, Grand Valley and Western because my mom's making me apply to at least one.

I would love to apply to like Sarah Lawrence, New College of Florida, Pepperdine or something but there is simply not enough application money to go around plus let's face it: I'm lazy.

Oh yeah and then theres all that AP Psych and Bio reading I have to do sometime.

First day of school was a rude awakening...but overall not bad.

btw school starts at 7:25-when did this happen?

i'm actually pretty happy with my classes/teachers

and open lunch kicks major booty

I went to the gas station and got a diet rockstar energy drink and sugarfree red bull

caffiene is so good :-)

I may attempt to go home, make lunch, and come back tomorrow...just to see if the timing works.
